One of our projects has been shortlisted for a top regional property award.
The project, City Residence, is a £3m development of 30 new homes to the north of Liverpool City Centre, which was completed earlier this year and consisted of a mix of semi-detached and terraced properties, some built over 3 floors to be both contextual and maximize development values.
The homes are a modern interpretation of the traditional Victorian terraced house, built in brick with Portland stone dressings, some timber-framed and with private parking areas to the side and rear.
The project has been shortlisted alongside three other developments in the category, Best Small New Home Development.
The North West Property Awards (NWPAs) has been established for 16 years, which recognises excellence in both commercial and residential property across the North West.
The awards will take place on the 11th October at the Lutyens Crypt, Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral in which our team will be in attendance with our fingers tightly crossed!
